Mr. Jones has over 15 years of property management, leasing and development experience with both national and local entrepreneurial organizations, managing projects through all phases of conceptualization, acquisition, development, marketing and leasing, and disposition.

Prior to joining The REMM Group, Mr. Jones was Senior Property Manager with Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group in Los Angeles and a Property Manager with the Simon DeBartolo Group managing Southgate Mall in Yuma, Arizona; Costa Mesa Courtyards; Costa Verde Center in La Jolla; and the Quad at Whittier. He also has managed and leased office, industrial and multi-family properties in the Las Vegas and Phoenix areas starting his career as a leasing agent with the Trammell Crow Company.

Mr. Jones has extensive experience in the value enhancement of under performing properties through operations, leasing and income producing programs, and has worked on a consulting basis concentrating on due diligence and CAM reconciliations.

Mr. Jones holds a B.S. degree and M.B.A. from Arizona State University, concentrating in real estate. He also has a California and Arizona real estate brokers licenses.
