Clair Griffith has over twenty-seven years of property management, leasing and marketing experience with national organizations. Prior to joining the REMM Group, Ms. Griffith was a Director of Leasing for the Mills Corporation, covering the United States with a focus on the Western States. Her career began with marketing retail projects for Homart Development.

Leasing, management and marketing of urban, community, regional and super-regional centers were the focus of her career with Trizec Hahn. More specifically, she was the Leasing Manager responsible for Santa Anita Fashion Park, as well as, Los Cerritos Center, The Oaks Mall, Fox Hills Mall and Puente Hills Mall.

While with General Growth Properties she played the leading role in the conceptualization of redevelopment, remerchandising and further expansion of the Park Mall in Tucson, Arizona.
Ms. Griffith has worked with third party management, ownership entities, as well as corporate parties. She has also been responsible for the training and education of numerous individuals in marketing, management and leasing. These individuals have gone on to become Marketing Directors, General Managers, Vice Presidents and Specialty Leasing Directors. Her background in business management, real estate transactions and communications, as well as participation in the ICSC, provides clients with an individual who can evaluate and maximize the value of an asset.

Ms. Griffith earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ohio State University. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent for the State of California.
