Chip Julin’s entire professional career has been in the field of real estate, including management, leasing and investments. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ripon College, Ripon, Wisconsin, Chip began his career in Chicago, then relocated his family to Los Angeles in 1979.

Among his accomplishments, Chip ran the Major Buildings Division of Security Pacific National Bank, founded Morlin Management Corporation, a full service commercial real estate firm, ran the Pacific Southwest region for OneSource Building Services, headed PMB Real Estate Services and founded Julin Realty Services, LLC.
